Fifteen people have been confirmed dead after a taxi rammed into a Tata truck on Busia- Namayingo highway in Mayuge.
According to a statement from Police, 15 died on spot after a taxi they were travelling in rammed into a stationary Tata lorry killing all the occupants on the spot.
The accident happened at 5:30am at Imanyiro village in Imanyiro sub/county in Mayuge district.
The Police say that the deceased have been taken to Mayuge Health Centre IV for Post Mortem examination.
