Tender Bridals is a leading supplier of bridal garments, corporate garments and sound for bridal and other occasions. Located on Luwum Street in Kampala, Tender Bridals has served its clients with distinction since it started.
Today we visited their store and spoke to the management about the different services that they provide.
Monday Times: Good morning Madam. Your store is beautiful and has what are undoubtedly good quality garments. What does Tender Bridals exactly do as a whole?
Management of Tender Bridals: We are a garment and entertainment service provider. We have bridal garments for men and women. These include wedding gowns, changing dresses, suits, shoes and other accessories.
Whereas we dress men and women, we can also dress the entire entourage, if they would like us to do so. The entourage includes the bride side and the groom side. For the bride side we cover the matron, the maids, while on the groom’s side we cover the lads (Page Boys).
For our garments, we hire and sell for the brides, and for the groom we only sell.
Additionally, we have corporate wear for men, which comprises of suits, shirts and trousers.
When it comes to the sound, we offer sound for the wedding function and all other functions. To crown it all our sound comes with a live band, if the customer would like it to be there.
Monday Times: This is a wonderful package. Now how different are you from others who might do this kind of service?
Management of Tender Bridals: Like I have just mentioned the live band makes our sound service exceptional. We have the best equipment in town and all our clients have been very satisfied with what we have usually offered.
When it comes to the garments, we have the best quality from Turkey. We also have the best shoes in Uganda.
Our team is experienced and knows a lot about this work. Our customer care is also unrivalled because we believe that our customers are kings and queens. Each customer is served to make them feel special and more importantly on their big day.
Monday Times: Do you dress your clients at the function as well?
Management of Tender Bridals: Yes we have such mobile services if they want us to. We can make arrangements upon their request.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Management of Tender Bridals: We open from Monday to Saturday from 7.30am to 8pm. But if someone would like to see us outside this time, they can call and make an appointment.
Monday Times: When it comes to sound, how many functions can you do at the same time?
Management of Tender Bridals: We can do a minimum of three functions on the same day.
Monday Times: Let us speak a bit about choices people make for their big day. If you were to advise someone who is looking for a changing dress, what advice would you give?
Management of Tender Bridals: They must choose something extraordinary. Something that someone attending cannot put on. In terms of type, they could adopt a simple gown or a colored gown.
Monday Times: Okay. So where are you located, for those who would like to find you?
