Lydia Jazmine and Rema Namakula came into the spotlight after Rema’s fans accused Jazmine of dating Eddy Kenzo (Rema’s baby daddy).
Reports also suggested that the two have not been in good terms and don’t even see eye to eye.
However, Jazmine has assured her fans that she is not beefing Rema. She adds that, they don’t meet often.
“I am not beefing Rema. I don’t beef anyone in the industry, if anyone does then they have a problem. We might not be good friends but we aren’t beefing,” she says.
Jazmine notes that they have only met twice and all they said was ‘hey’ to each other and do not even get to meet at concerts and stages because of the difference in audiences.
“We don’t share stages a lot. She is not like Nina Roz, Spice Diana or B2C that I meet more often. We have only met twice at concerts and we have never had a conversation. We just say hey,” she said.

Jazmine also adds that Rema’s ‘Muyembe’ song was not sang because of her.
Kenzo, the 2015 BET award winner was alleged to be dating Jazmine in November last year.
The rumors were fueled after they were spotted at the same hotel in Dubai where Kenzo had gone to perform at the ‘One Africa Music Fest’ 2018 while Lydia had gone on vacation.
