Nigerian Afro-Fusion artist Damini Ongulu known to many as Burna Boy stepped foot in the country yesterday ahead of his Friday concert dubbed ‘Burna Boy Experience’.
The event is slated to go down at Sheraton Gardens today which will be organized by Malembe lifestyle and Kasana Events.
According to the organizers, local artistes Sheebah, Irene Ntale, John Blaq and Fik Fameica will be performing alongside DJs Naselow, Slick Stuart & Roja and Ssesse.
We have reliably been informed that, there will be a surprise act by Tiwa Savage’s official DJ who will be on the decks right before the main act, Burna Boy steps on stage.
The singer is expected to be hosted at former Pyramids bar on Plot 7A Yusuf Lule road for a meet and greet party before the main concert.
Speaking to the Press at Entebbe International Airport on his arrival, Burna Boy said he could not wait to perform in Uganda again.
“Ugandan people have the vibe that I want and I promise them that tomorrow will be a movie, let them all come for the Burna Boy KLA Experience,” he said.
Burna Boy is known for songs like On The Low, Gbona, Ye, Miss You Bad, Sekkle Down, Giddem, Killing Dem and Gbesile, a song he did with Navio among other songs.
