Former Prime Minister Prof. Apolo Robin Nsibambi has passed on.
Prof. Nsibambi, 78, is said to have died at his home in Rubaga.
Apolo served as the Prime Minister of Uganda from 5 April 1999 until 24 May 2011, when Amama Mbabazi succeeded him.
