On Monday, the minister of state for Privatisation Evelyn Anite claimed that she had learnt of a plot to have her nudes leaked by “mafias” in government because of her insistence on transparency in the liquidation process of Uganda Telecom Limited.
Married to Allan Kajik, former Resident District Commission (RDC) of Kampala and now working at UEGCL, Ms. Anite said she is faithful to her husband who is the “most handsome” man on the face of the earth.
Looking straight into cameras at Finance Ministry boardroom, Anite said, “I don’t just open my skirts fwaaaaa,” she said, adding that she loves only her husband very terribly. “I chose him with a reason.”
During a dramatic and animated press conference at her office, Anite confirmed that “she does not sleep with clothes on” opening the possibility that she could have nudes.
Not minding about how the Pornographic Control Committee would perceive her message, Anite revealed how it’s ‘okay’ for her to have nude pictures.
“It’s okay for anyone to have nude pictures if you know how to keep them,” Minister Anite said.
She added, “I am entitled to have nude pictures and my husband has them.”
Anite said those peddling adultery rumors are a clique of corrupt government officials hell bent on looting the country’s resources. And this corrupt cabal will do anything to silence those opposed to to their working methods.
She dared her opponents to avail evidence whether her nude pictures or sex tape.
The Investment Minister who has long been embroiled in a fight with top government officials on who should take over Uganda Telecom Limited (UTL) threw a spanner in the works when she alleged that the same cabal wants her dead.
“They have been trailing me, they tap my phone and even went to MTN and got my phone records. They know who I talk to. So if I die, no one should go to police. There is even no need to conduct a postmortem because my killers are known,” she said.
Asked by the press to mention names of those planning to eliminate her, Anite said, “if you think they are jokes, ask Abiriga and Francis Ayume.”
Anite ended the presser with another joke as she claimed, “I don’t speak Luganda, I only know one word, we have the ‘majje’.
