What was supposed to turn out as a happy moment suddenly turned into a sad one for King Micheal that he could not hold back his tears on stage during his performance on Friday at freedom city.
Despite some of Uganda’s top artists endorsing The Best Of King Michael concert, however, it did not help the self-proclaimed King of dancehall to shut down Freedom City Hall last evening.
The Dancehall Crew boss who was escorted by fellow musicians who included Bebe Cool, Spice Diana, among others literally performed before empty seats.
Luckily, he managed to get at least around 400 to 500 revelers who turned up for the concert though Freedom City is thought to be a 20,000 seater venue.
King Michael stepped on Stage past 11PM to a warm welcome from his fans. The singer shed tears as he thanked his fans for turning up and standing with him through all the years.
