A&G Salon and Spa is a unisex salon catering for men and women.
We spoke to Madam Alice the Director of the Salon who explained to us about their services.
What is A&G in full?
A stands for Alice and G stands for Godwin. Alice and Godwin are the proprietors of the Salon and SPA.
For an ordinary person what is a SPA?
SPA is where you go and relax and work on yourself either maybe your hair, your nails, skin care and many more.
What does A&G Spa do?
We do men’s and children haircuts. We do blow dry and chemical blow dry. We do specialty style.
At A&G Salon we also do Up Do Extensions, Treatment, Colour Highlights both Partial & Full, Tints, Tint with Highlights, Relaxers, Perms, Corrective Colour, Shampoo & Style, Braids, Weaves & Sew-ins, Dreadlocks, Repairs, Make Up, Bang Trim, Beard Trim, Facials, Bridal Services and so many other hair services.
On bridal services, can you offer a full service, say can you get for your clients other services like sound, decorators, and others?
Yes we can if the money is available. We want our customers to get the best of everything.
How different are you from others?
I have the best employees, the best barbers the best hairstylists.
Why are they the best?
They are well trained, they are briefed and they are professional people. We ask them to respond to the needs of the customers
Can you go and do someone’s hair where they are?
As long as they are paying and they tell us in time. For example we do massages out of the building.
What are your working hours
We open as early as 7am. We work until 9 in the evening.
Monday to Sunday even on public holidays
You are in a business that deals with beauty, what advice would you give to someone who wants to remain looking beautiful in spite of age?
To use our salon.
They should rest enough and feed well.
They should drink a lot of fluids.
