Music trio B2C have lashed out at their former manager Andrew Mugerwa alias Andy events with whom they parted ways last year over reports that he registered the name B2C and therefore it belongs to him.

According to the singers, they came up with the name way back in 2007 before meeting Andy, while in high school, in senior two and registered it two years ago with the three of them as signatories.

According to reports, B2C boys were set to battle Andy Events in court over the ownership of the group name-B2C.

This is after it emerged that Andy Events registered the patent of the group as his creation.

The trio would be forced to adopt a new name if court ruled in favour of Andy.

In December 2018, B2C fired Andy Events as their manager.

According to B2C, they made the painful decision to fire Andy Events because he has several commitments that might hinder his managerial performance yet the entertainment industry is very demanding and requires 100 percent input.
