Sanchez scored a winning goal as Arsenal beat Everton 5-2 in the English Premier League game played at Goodison Park on Sunday.

Wayne Mark Rooney the former Manchester United forward  opened the scoring for Everton but goals from Monreal, Ozil, Sanchez, Ramsey and Lacazette secured Arsenal an easy win.

Everton has so far lost five games in this competition.

“The club is performing badly. It is in a difficult situation mentally,” said Koeman the Everton manager.

Jordan Pickford made five saves before Rooney’s opener.

Everton Idrissa Gueye made a senseless tackle on Granit Xhaka which earned him a red card .

Everton lost hopes of revival, and scores from  Germany’s International Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsey, left Koeman disappointed

“That was a test for us. We should have been 2-0 or 3-0 up at that stage. It was about how we responded to that – could we keep calm? We did that in a convincing way. Our passing and movement was excellent”, says Koeman

The victory showed that Arsenal can still top the game despite their weakness away from home.

Sanchez paired with Ozil led  them through that particular period of doubt.
