Ashraf’s Salon is a beauty parlor with a variety of services for men, women and kids. They also serve whites because they have specialists who can do haircuts for whites.
We spoke to Mr.Ashraf the proprietor who told us about the beauty parlor and its services.
Monday Times: What exactly does Ashraf Salon do?
Mr.Ashraf: We do all hairstyles for men, women and children. We also do haircuts for whites. We have bridal, make up, pedicure, manicure, braiding, dreadlocks, wetlook, permanent curls, and head massage.
We have very good equipment and staff who can service any client’s needs.
We also do training for a selected number of people very month. It is on first come first serve basis.
Monday Times: How different are you from other Salons?
Mr.Ashraf: First of all our service is better the rest. We have experienced people and we do a variety of hairstyles. It is difficult to find a Salon that cuts whites but we do them.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Mr.Ashraf: We start at 8.30 am and end when the last customer goes.
Monday Times: Do you offer mobile outdoor service, meaning if I want you to do my hair in Kyengera can you come?
Mr.Ashraf: Yes we can as long as the price is right.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Mr.Ashraf: Our prices are affordable and negotiable.

Mr.Ashraf: We are located at Bagala Shopping Centre in Ntinda Kampala opposite Total next to Hardware World.
