Radio 4 103.4 ‘Ensusuzi’ a radio station owned by city businessman and music promoter Balaam Barugahara is to be officially launched this evening at the Sheraton Hotel Gardens. In an event that will carry fireworks and other entertainers, the station located in Ntinda shall be finally unveiled to the public.
Radio 4 was previously owned by Pepper Publications as Juice FM, which they also bought from Arien FM Limited in 2013.
The station has put together a solid group of presenters that include: Anatalia Ozze, Jaqi Deweyi, Andrew Kyamagero, Fifi Da Queen and many others.

In a post on his social media account, Senior Radio Consultant Joel Isabirye remarked about the development as follows:
“Tomorrow radio 4 (owned by balaam) shall unveil its line-up of presenters and full programming at the sheraton hotel. The event shall coincide with the end of year fireworks concerts that have been a tradition for several years.
For those who could have forgotten, the actual frequency of the station is 103.4 kampala.
Today balaam gave me invitations to attend the launch and at the same time he shared a bit of the vision of the station, a vision which i thought was impressive.I am happy that he has taken care of the current dynamics of radio in the digital age,And in the age of proliferation.
Radio 4 is surely a station to watch in the next few months.
I guess many will come over to the sheraton to see the likes of Anatalia Ozze, Fifi Da Queen, Jaqi Deweyi and many more stars unveiled as personalities on the station.
Good luck to Radio 4 and its great team of talented people as it begins the journey to battle for audience share and revenue share.”
Radio 4’s entry into the market opens the space for more competition in the radio business.
