Today we visited the boutique and spoke to Madam Beat the owner. She told us about their boutique and the various products and accessories that they sell.
Monday Times: with such a fantastic name, what does BLUSH exactly do as a business?
Beat Mutyaba: We sell ladies products which include garments, jewelry, shoes, bags and toiletries. We also have products for kids that include garments. For other categories of products, we also order. These include products for men and many more.
Monday Times: Why did you choose the name BLUSH?
Beat Mutyaba: well when we thought about the kind of experience we wanted to give our customers, we felt that whenever they got an item at our boutique, they should blush. That has happened. We can say when you buy anything at BLUSH, you will blush..
In fact our slogan is “things to make you feel good.”

Monday Times: How different are you from other boutiques in the city?
Beat Mutyaba: We are not limited to what is here. We can order more depending on what you want. The quality of our products is also good and our prices are reasonable. I regularly travel and so I get more things for our customers.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Beat Mutyaba: We work every Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm. But on client request we can open up before or after those times and also work on Sunday.
Monday Times: Do you deliver to clients outdoor?
Beat Mutyaba: Yes we do and it forms a bulk of our business.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Beat Mutyaba: Our prices are reasonable.
Monday Times: What advice do you give potential shoppers at your boutique?
Beat Mutyaba: They should be open minded because they could find something better than they had planned to buy.
