BMW (Black Men Working) Nail Doz is a specialist company dealing in professional pedicure and manicure services in Kampala.
Today we spoke to Mr.Joseph Kanyike the owner of the company. He is also known as Joe to his customers.
We asked him several questions about his business and how he serves his customers to the best of his ability.
Our interview with him went as follows:
Monday Times: What exactly does BMW Nail Doz do?
Joe: We do all kinds of nail services. We focus on pedicure and manicure. We do all nails, artificials, extensions, gel polish, acrylics, and gel builder. We have a full service and can serve as many people as possible.
We do training for those who want to learn at a fee.
Monday Times: How different are you from those who might do this kind service?
Joe: We are very experienced and have done this service for a long time (more than ten years). Our prices are also good and we try to serve as many people as possible.
We have good customer care and make the customer comfortable whenever they are with us.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Joe: We work from Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 8pm.
Monday Times: Do you mobile services? For example if twenty women in Kikuubo want you to come and do their nails can you go there?
Joe: Yes we can. We have done it several times.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Joe: Our prices are affordable and negotiable. It depends on what you want to do with your nails.
Monday Times: How can someone keep their nails healthy?
Joe: They can visit us at least after ten days to have service and we can make sure that their nails are kept clean.
