Boss Nails is a fantastic spot for beauty services, specializing in nails. They also do great make up and eyebrow shaping. They are found at Sunset Arcade on Wilson Road in Kampala.
Today we visited their location and spoke to Mr.Sebastian, the proprietor. He told us about their work and why they have been able to satisfy their customers.
Our interview went as follows:
Monday Times: So what exactly does Boss Nails do?
Mr.Sebastian: We do all services related to nails. In fact our slogan is ‘bring your nails to life.’
We do pedicure and manicure, we do acrylics, we do gel and this includes all the varieties of gel that are there. We also do make up and eye brow shaping,which our customers tend to like. We do bridal services, for example we can go and do the nails of the bride before their function or they can come here to do them. We also do training for those who are in beauty schools. For a small fee, they can come and learn everything from here.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who do this kind of service?
Mr.Sebastian: First of all we are the best. In fact that is why we are called the boss. We know what we do and how to do it. We have fully satisfied our customers over the years since we started. We try our very best to make them happy. The products we use are also reliable and of a good quality.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Mr.Sebastian: We work Monday to Saturday from 7.30am to 9pm. But on special occasions we can open on Sunday if we have a client who needs us and lets us know in advance.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Mr.Sebastian: Our prices are very affordable. We have something for everyone.
Monday Times: Do you do mobile services? Meaning if I am in a hostel with my friends, can you come there and do our nails if we pay?
Mr.Sebastian: Yes we do. We can also make a program for Sunday to come over and do the nails then.
