Cake Doctor: Cake Doctor makes and bakes cakes, doughnuts, cookies, cup cakes, bread, and pizza. We make cakes for all functions.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who do this kind of service?
Cake Doctor: We are very experienced, and professional. We do very good artistic decorations as you see from the cakes in these pictures.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Cake Doctor: We work from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 9pm.
Monday Times: Do you do deliveries to different parts of town?
Cake Doctor: Yes we do.Within Kampala. We discuss with the customer and agree on the price then we deliver.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Cake Doctor: Our prices are good. We start from 50,000 shillings and go upwards.But we are mostly affordable.
Monday Times: Do you do training for people who want to learn how to do cakes?
Cake Doctor: Yes we do We train in baking and decoration.
Monday Times: In your opinion, what makes a good cake?
Cake Doctor: Several things can make a good cake. You can have the taste, the baking, the decoration, the texture and many more. All must be well balanced.
Monday Times: How long can your cake last before it gets spoilt?
Cake Doctor: If you want to prolong the life span of a cake, you can preserve it. It can even last for four months. If it is not preserved, it can last for a week.
