Desabre Names The Final Uganda Cranes Team For Training Camp In Egypt

Uganda Cranes head coach Sebastien Desabre has named the final 24 players who will camp in Egypt ahead of the TOTAL AFCON 2019 group L qualifier away to Tanzanian.

The 10 local based players were confirmed after a 4-0 victory against Kampala region select team on Saturday at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo.

The players that made it on the final travelling list to Egypt are: Timothy Awany (KCCA), Halid Lwaliwa (Vipers), Geofrey Walusimbi (Free Agent), Hassan Wasswa Mawanda (Free Agent), Tadeo Lwanga (Vipers), Ibrahim Sadam Juma (KCCA), Moses Waiswa (Vipers), Allan Kyambadde (KCCA, Uganda), Allan Okello and Henry Patrick Kaddu (KCCA).

They will depart Entebbe International Airport on Sunday at 6:00 PM aboard Ethiopian Airlines where they will join the 14 foreign based players in Egypt for a five day camp as the team prepares their final game in Dar Es Salaam on Sunday, 24th March 2019.
