Fintegri is a Cryptocurrency Company in Uganda. Mr.Ronnie Ssemirembe the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Uganda, spoke to us about their work.
Monday Times: What exactly does Fintegri do?
Mr.Ronnie Ssemirembe: Fintegri means Financial Technology Integrity. We started in America in 2017 and we have grown across the world.
We are in the business of Cryptocurrency, which is a modern form of digital currency. If you join us, you buy coins, and give them some time, over which they grow in value.
Fintegri Coin
We started with 31 million coins in February 2017. When we started, each coin was selling at 0.01 US Dollars. When people started to buy from the 31 million coins, the value appreciated due to growing demand and fixed supply. As we talk, each coin is now valued at 7.28 US Dollars. According to the company’s projections, by December next year 2019, each coin will be at not less than 100 US Dollars.
In order to get these coins, there are four different packages, namely: Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP.
For the Silver Package, you pay 500 US Dollars and receive 75 coins. Every day in the morning before going to work you generate 3.5 dollars for a period of 225 days. At the same time, your coins keep appreciating in value.
The Gold Package, costs 1,000 US Dollars. It gives you 150 coins, and every day in the morning before going to work, you earn 7.28 US Dollars for 300 days.
Our third package is the Platinum Package. It costs 5,000 US Dollars. It gives you 750 coins. Every day in the morning before going to work, you receive 34 US Dollars for 375 days.
The last package is VIP Package, which costs 10,000 US Dollars. It gives you 1,500 coins. Every day in the morning before going to work, it gives you 77 US Dollars for a period of 450 days.
By February 2019, people are expected to be using their coins to pay utilities such as electricity, water, buy airtime, pay school fees, order for things online and others. In that very month, we again expect to be using debit cards. When this happens, people can be able to access their money in banks at any time in any country.
