Sylivia Shortie, commonly known as Luswata for featuring in Gravity Omutujju’s “Luswata” video has died.
This occured on Monday at Kirudu hospital where she was rushed after being beaten up in the scuffle during Gravity’s show that happened on September 30.
She got internal bleeding and her inner body parts were badly hurt which culminated into body swelling, only to succumb to death yesterday.
“She was beaten at Gravity’s show and swell badly. We took her to Kirudu for treatment. We had spent around a week admitted at the hospital when she passed on,” said one of the relatives.
She added that despite the fact that Sylivia was beaten up at his show, Gravity never checked on her while admitted at Kirudu.
It is reported that he only sent in 20,000 Ugs yesterday after her demise, rumours say he called and promised to buy a one million Uganda shillings casket.
Sylivia died a mother of two boys and a girl whom she has left both fatherless and motherless.
Her education went as far as primary three. She had featured in Gravity Omutujju’s “Luswata” and Mun G’s “virgin” videos.
