Socialite and self-styled Tycoon Jack Pemba is reportedly holed up in Congo where he fled after hearing about plans to arrest him over his nude video. Minister for Ethics and Integrity Father Simon Lokodo has since disclosed that together with the Anti-Pornography Committee, they are hunting down Pemba, who will be brought to book.
Pemba’s troubles emerged from a nude video that featured him and a lady called Honey Suleiman engaged in sexual acts. Although his face was not seen, Lokodo is convinced that it was him in the video, and he edited his part to remove his face. Lokodo further believes that Pemba released the video to social media for reasons best known to him.
In a statement issued yesterday, Father Lokodo says his investigations have proved that it was Pemba who took the video, he edited himself out and leaked it to social media.
“With the assistance of Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) and the Anti-Pornography Committee, we have proved beyond reasonable doubt, that the video was recorded by Jack Pemba. He edited himself out and leaked it to social media. We shall get him and bring him to book” Lokodo said.
He added that he had credible evidence that the Tanzanian sports fanatic is holded up in Congo, where he fled from another case involving a bad debt he incurred with city Tycoon Godfrey Kirumira.
