Buikwe Member of Parliament Judith Babirye has downplayed rumors that she is officially seeing a fellow legislator called Paul Sebulime. Babirye who has not outed an official replacement to her husband who she broke up with has been rumored to be seeing Sebulime in secrecy.
The news has unsettled some family members of Sebulime, who is said to have another woman that they officially know.
To clear the air, Judith Babirye has maintained that their relationship is purely work related and has nothing to do with the bedroom.
“In Parliament, we freely mix with each other as we try to learn from other constituencies what we can do for our own constituency,” Babirye said.
Sources in Parliament say it is not uncommon for parliamentarians to be this close to each other whether literarily or figuratively. Babirye left her first marriage citing cases of battery and has been reluctant to discuss any hopes of reconciling with her ex-husband, despite the biblical teaching of what God has put together, no man shall put asunder.
