Juro is a powerful gospel musician in Uganda who also works through his Juro Ministries group.

His music is very good and is destined to grow into a very big international career.
Shillah Nekesa spoke to him and he shared more about his life and career.
Shillah Nekesa: What kind of music do you sing?
Juro: I sing gospel music although I have done secular before as well.I specialize in especially.

Shillah Nekesa: What are some of the songs that you have done?
Juro: I used to record secular music and did three secular songs ‘Komawo’, ‘Talinabudde’, and ‘Shakirah’. Since then I left secular completely so I am now fully a gospel musician. The gospel songs are ‘Nyamba’ and the other one is still in studio.
I am in the worship team of Omega Healing Centre Church.
Shillah Nekesa: Who writes your songs?
Juro: I write them myself.
Shillah Nekesa: Where do you produce your songs from?
Juro: From Sound Makers-Herbert Skills, Chem CVP, Kritz Hand, and Juro Ministries.

Shillah Nekesa: What are some of the challenges you face in the music industry.
Juro: Challenges are mostly in secular, because everyone is eating my money and sometimes not doing what they promise.
Shillah Nekesa: Why did you enter the music industry?
Juro: I love caring about people and it is charity. I love to do charity.

Shillah Nekesa: What does your family think about your music career?
Juro: They love the gospel more so they support my entry into it
Shillah Nekesa: What advice do you give someone entering the music industry?
Juro: They should work first because music needs lots of money to run
