Kalex Salon is a beauty spot in Kabalagala Kampala. It is owned by Mr.Kabogo Kalex Karim. He has been in business for sometime serving the people of Kabalagala, Muyenga, Kansanga, Soya, Buziga, Bunga, and neighboring areas. Some of his clients have come from far and beyond.
We visited his Salon and were impressed by what we say.

Monday Times: What exactly does Kalex Salon do?
Kalex: Kalex Salon is a multipurpose Salon that offers different kinds of hairstyles to its customers. We do all varieties of hairstyles for ladies and all varieties of haircuts for men. We also cut hair for kids and do their hairstyles.
We do bridal services and we also do pedicure, manicure, facials, body scrub and many more.
Monday Times: How different are you from other Salons?
Kalex: Our service cannot be matched by anyone around. We are the best and above the rest. Our prices are also very good and whoever comes here cannot fail to find a good package for him or her.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Kalex: We work Monday to Sunday from 9am to 10pm. But if a customer wants us outside that time they can call and we do for them the service.
Monday Times: Do you do mobile services?
Kalex: Yes we do mobile services. We can go to where you are.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Kalex: They are very affordable.
Monday Times: How do you handle customers who are difficult?
Kalex: A customer is handled by addressing their needs. No customer can shout if their needs have been adequately met. We listen to them and do what they want.
Monday Times: Where are you located?
Kalex: We are located between Kabalagala and Kansanga, near Centenary Bank along Gaba Road opposite the police station.
