Management of Kims Chem Laboratory Supplies: Yes we do delivery. We can deliver to any part of East Africa, as long as we know what you need and we agree on the costs of delivery. That is our specialty.
Monday Times: Okay. Now if I buy something at your place and it has a damage on it, do you replace it?
Management of Kims Chem Laboratory Supplies: Yes we do replace it, especially if we check on it and find that the damage was caused from our side. If it is caused on your side, we cannot replace it because we would have sold to you something that is okay to use.
