Galaxy FM will pay fees until university, sources at the Kansanga based radio station intimated to this newspaper.
When Galaxy FM started in 2013, King Kong was one of their prime show hosts. With his rib cracking jokes, he made many of his fans endeared to the station. As his schedule became to difficult to manage, he left. But he remained in touch with the station until his demise recently.
After his death, Innocent Nahabwe, Galaxy FM boss revealed that they had considered the situation and opted to pay for one child.

His declaration made on social media read as follows:
18th June 2018
Dear Fellow Mourners,
It was with great sadness that we learnt of the sudden death of our beloved colleague Hassan Lumu, fondly called King Kong by our listeners and his fans in the comedy industry.
King Kong shared his talent with us on Morning Saga Akasambatuuko for close to two years before he left to concentrate on a solo comedy career. Like all people who work with us at Galaxy FM 100.2, he became part of our family. He was a brother to us to be precise.
He always paid us visits often spreading his laughter throughout the team.
Aware that he had a young family of two children and a wife, we are committing to paying school fees for one of them.
We will forever be grateful for the times he shared with us.
May his soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Yours truly,
Innocent Nahabwe
