Social media comedian, actress and photographer Martha Kagimba alias Martha Kay has reported her yet to be identified ex-lover to police for allegedly leaking her nude photos.
Martha Kay’s leaked nude photos have been making rounds on social media since Friday. The photos show her completely naked and smiling for the camera.
She has however asked for forgiveness from her friends and family.
“This was a breach of trust and privacy, I have reported the issue to kira road police station, submitted the necessary evidence to put the person responsible in the place, I’m so hurt by this may my family and friends forgive me , lastly I pray and hope this never happens to someone else , anyone you know or close to you,” she stated.
But why would one send nudes in the name of love?
With technology being as advanced as it is these days, some individuals have found creative ways to stay connected with their boo, boyfriend, husband, swerve….whoever! Despite many horror stories of nude photos ending up in the inbox of someone whose eyes were not meant to view the pic.
Whatever your level of comfort in e-sharing your love and goodies with someone may be, you should know your legal rights (if any) when voluntarily sharing nude photos of yourself.
