We visited the head office in Ntinda and spoke to management, who shared with us why they remain the leading destination for anyone who wants the best snacks in town.
Monday Times: For the last few years, Mr.Tasty has become a reliable, dependable and customer oriented service provider in the food business in Uganda. If you are to describe what you actually do, what would you say?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: We are a restaurant that serves tasty chicken and other snacks for our esteemed customers. We have a broad menu that includes: burgers, crunchy pops, chicken mills, twister rolls, pilau, sausages, fish, pizzas, desserts, cold drinks and hot beverages. Our wide range of offering gives opportunity to our clients to choose what is best for them.
All our branches are good venues for people to organize meetings while enjoying our delicacies.
For those who want to hold parties such as birthday parties, bridal showers and more, we are a convenient place for them.
Monday Times: Speaking of branches, how many branches do you have and where are they located?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: We have branches at Ntinda Opposite Tusky’s Supermarket, Forest Mall Lugogo, Kabalagala Opposite Shell, Freedom City Entebbe Road, and City House Opposite Radio One. At all these locations we have the same good service.
Monday Times: So what time do you open and what time do you close?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: We open at 8.30am in time for our clients to catch breakfast and we close late, when our last customer leaves. If there are no late customers, by midnight we should have closed. We work from Monday to Sunday each week of the year.
Monday Times: Do you do outside catering or delivery?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: We prefer to call it delivery. This is because we can take orders and send them to where our clients are. But we do not stay there to serve, because we have not yet considered that service. Nonetheless, because all our products are complete, when we deliver, people can eat them as they are without any complications.
Monday Times: What is the deadline for booking such delivery services, for someone who is organizing a party?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: Because large scale deliveries like this require preparation, we request them to book two days in advance.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: Our prices are affordable.
Monday Times: In your view, how are you different from other providers of this kind of service?
Management of Mr.Tasty Fried Chicken: As you may have noticed, our customer care is one of a kind. We simply serve our clients with dedication. Our products are also tasty like our name sounds. We are clean and hygienic. All our locations are accessible because they are near the road, and we have great security.
We also have special packages like buy one pizza and get one pizza free on Wednesdays.
