Nanaz Next Era is a one stop shopping centre for fashion goods, clothing, shoes and bags. They have crocs shoes for all ages but with an emphasis on kids. Today we visited the shop and spoke to Madam Nana the proprietor. She told us about the shop and how they serve their customers with what they need.
Monday Times: What exactly does Nanaz Next Era supply?
Madam Nana: Clothing-children cotton casual wear, Pyjamas, overalls, shorts, sun (summer) dresses, t-shirts, pants/trousers, hats/caps, maternity and newly born baby wear, sleeping bags and receiving blankets, we have warm clothing like sweaters, jumpers and sweat pants.
Sports wear like swimming, jogging, beach, and dance costumes. We also have sports bags and shoes.
Footwear (shoes)- we have kids shoes (both school, casual and sports shoes like soccer boots and canvass).Shoes for ladies and gents in all fashions and your favorite brands).Sandals and gum boots (weather gum boots)
We have all models of original Crocs shoes.
We also have toys, books and much more.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who might supply similar items?
Madam Nana: I emphasize on quality and original goods. I do not stock any fake or counterfeit goods. I keep the prices very friendly and I know that the customer is the reason I exist. I do my best to be accessible and reliable.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Madam Nana: We open from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8.30pm
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Madam Nana: We have friendly prices where negotiation is acceptable for our customers especially bulk buyers and those who might have bought from us several times before.
Monday Times: Do you deliver to clients if they wanted you to deliver?
Madam Nana: Yes we can as long as we understand what is involved for example distance, item needed, and other details. The client may also need to meet the costs of delivery depending on the distance.Monday Times: What advice do you give someone who is shopping for a newly born child?
Madam Nana: I insist that everything they buy is 100% genuine cotton. In fact for new borns I only stock cotton goods.
Monday Times: You also have a book corner, what do we find there?
Madam Nana: We have books in the categories of children (both educational and entertainment),christian,general interest,cookery,health,sports,novels, history, law and many more.
