Niki’s Salon in Kabalaga has built a reputation as a centre for beauty for men and women. Attracting hundreds of clients each week, the Salon owned by Niki is the perfect place to do hairstyles for women, haircuts for men and haircuts and hairstyles for kids.
Today we visited the Salon and were marveled by what we say. Our interview with Nikky the proprietor went as follows:
Monday Times: You have a nice name for a Salon, where did you get it from?
Niki: It is my name so I thought it would be good if I named the Salon after me.
Monday Times: What services does your Salon offer?
Niki: We do all hairstyles for women and all haircuts for men. We also do hairstyles and haircuts for kids.
Here we do braids, dreadlocks, weaves, and various kinds of hair treatment. We also do body piercing, waxing, massage, tongs, body scrub, pedicure and manicure, tattoo removal, and we can arrange to do tattoos if someone wants to do them.
We offer bridal services for both men and women.
We also sell weaves, jewelry, creams and several other accessories that make you beautiful.
Monday Times: How different are you from other Salons?
Niki: We are more experienced and we have a team that understands each and every part of the beauty chain. From nails to hair to skin care and so on.
We also have very good customer care.Our prices are the best. We are near the road and so it is easy to access us.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Niki: We work from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm.
Monday Times: Do you offer mobile services?
Niki: Yes we do.We go to where people are and offer various beauty services.
Monday times: How are your prices like?
Niki: Our prices are affordable but they depend on what you would like.
Monday Times: What advice do you give someone who is struggling with a bad skin?
Niki: They should come to us and we make an assessment of their condition. Then we can find the right solution. Bad skin is caused by different things so we need to know.

Niki: We are located between Kabalagala and Kansanga, near Centenary Bank along Gaba Road opposite the police station.
