Former UPC president and diplomat Dr. Olara Otunnu has called for an in-depth probe into the weekend death of Maj.Gen Paul Lokech. Lokech the Deputy Inspector General of Police died away on Saturday.

Speaking on a local television show this morning, Olara Otunnu said that the fate of Lokech needed to be known beyond reasonable doubt.
