As singer Rema Namakula’s highly billed Introduction ceremony with her new lover Dr. Hamza Sebunya was set to take place last Thursday, a number of celebrities were expected to be present at her function.
Among the highly sought celebrities who everybody thought wouldn’t miss out was non-other than her former Gagamel boss, Moses Ssali a.k.a Bebe Cool.
According to the Gagamel Music Band CEO, ‘Maama Aamaal’ turned too indiscipline and disrespectful to him as she invited him for her ceremony no wonder him and family had to turn down her request.
Being her music father, a person who laid a big foundation stone to Rema Namakula’s successful music story, the ‘Wire Wire’ singer claims he couldn’t entertain the disrespect and indiscipline of the Highest Order from the ‘Lean on Me’ singer to send him an introduction invitation letter just like that yet she knew his place of residence.
As a disciplined and properly mentored daughter, Bebe Cool believes Rema should have travelled to his home and formerly put in her request for the later to attend her introduction ceremony no wonder he learnt of the ceremony on Friday yet it went down on Thursday 14th November at Nabbingo.
“First of all I had an NRM function to attend to that day where I was the guest of honor and usually there are no such ceremonies during week days like Thursday because people always have their shedules and it was my first time to witness it on a week day.
Secondly, If my daughter, Rema had personally come to my home and thanked me for what I impacted on her life, then politely invited me to attend her ceremony I would have attended. But because of her disrespect of inviting me through a phone call I turned it down. I told the person who was bringing my invitation to drop it Radio Simba,” said Bebe Cool during an interview with Radio Sapientia’s Selector Williams.
