We visited the bar and talked to the manager Madam Evelyn the manager who took time off to explain to us about their unique and wonderful services.

Monday Times: What exactly does Romeo’s Restaurant and Bar do?

Madam Evelyn:  Romeo’s Restaurant and Bar has restaurant services, bar services and a confectionery. We do parties such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, and other kind of parties that people might want to organize.

We show football matches and we have free wi-fi in the place for our customers.

We have a sound system as a special Christmas offer. Whoever hosts a party here will have music.

We make cakes, bread, pastries, croissants. We do cakes for all kinds of functions including character cakes. A character cake is a cake for a specific purpose for example if you want colors of your favorite football club, you can have it.

For every client who takes a cup of coffee, is offered free accompaniment. Today we might do lemon the other day we might do coconut, strawberry and many more.

We do milkshake ourselves, we do cappuccino, ice cream and outside catering.

We do barbecue. Goat barbecue and goat rack is our signature.

Monday Times:  What makes you different from other restaurants and bars?

Madam Evelyn:  We combine many services in one. We also have great customer service, you could have seen how they received you and how they go about business.

We are organized, clean and above all we are accessible. We are near the road. If you left here at 2am, you can still find your way in a clear direction.

We have a driver if our customers go beyond limit we can get him to drive them.

Our security is tight. We have cameras and so many have left their phones here and managed to find them when they come back to look for them.

Monday Times: How are your prices like?

Madam Evelyn:  Your prices are affordable and negotiable.

Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?

Madam Evelyn:  We work seven days a week, from 7am until patrons or customers leave.

Monday Times: How many parties can Romeo’s Restaurant and Bar hold at the same time?

Madam Evelyn:  It depends on the size of the parties but we can host many. We have upper terrace, lower terrace, dining and indoors bar. We appeal to patrons to book for their parties in time, so that we can schedule them.

Monday Times: Do you do delivery to clients outside say outside catering and lunch drops?

Madam Evelyn: Yes we are also known for that. We can do outside catering and we can drop lunch to where our customers are. We can handle as many as 1,000 people and can make arrangements for more if there are more do.

For example when you look at our pizzas, out of 8 pizzas only 1 is ordered within the rest are delivered.

Monday Times: How would you describe the location of Romeo’s Restaurant and Bar for someone who might not have been here before?

Madam Evelyn: Romeo’s Restaurant is in Ntinda in between Hardware World and Life Link Clinic and directly opposite Total before you reach Ntinda Shopping Centre.
