Sailors Events is a leading service provider of sound, light stage and other events items for functions. The company has been in business for some time and have developed a reputation and pedigree for excellence, integrity and time keeping.

Monday Times: Good morning Sir. We have been impressed by what we have seen so far of your equipment. What services do you exactly offer?

Management of Sailors Events: We do Sound and Lights. We mostly do weddings and similar functions such as engagement, introductions and Okuhingira. We also handle other functions such as corporate functions, graduation ceremonies, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and many more. There are some clients who want bands. We can get for them bands as well.

Monday Times: How different is Sailors Events from other similar service providers?

Management of Sailors Events: We allow people to pre-test their sound and song selections according to their interests. We also engage our clients from the beginning up to the end. We are part of the event from the start to the end. We attend the wedding meetings and give reasonable advice so that our clients are fully satisfied. Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?

Management of Sailors Events: We work from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Monday Times: Do you have mobile services, where someone who is far away can transact with you without coming to the office?

Management of Sailors Events: Yes we do. Many of our clients based in foreign countries have done so before. They book in advance and we only meet in the week of the function. It works well because we set up channels of communication that enable us to remain in touch and working well.

Monday Times: How are your prices like?

Management of Sailors Events: Our prices are affordable and depend on the magnitude of the event and what is required. When our clients call, we are able to discuss with them the price options available.

Monday Times: How many events are you able to do at the same time?

Management of Sailors Events: Well we can do as many as possible but we prefer to do to. And we prefer that those two are close to each other in terms of town. This enables us to do close supervision and make sure everything is alright.

Monday Times: How much time do you need to set up the equipment at a function?

Management of Sailors Events: That depends on the magnitude or how big the event is.For weddings, we need about four hours while for others we might need two days. For example large conferences or concerts. We always remain until the last host and guest leaves.

Monday Times: Do you have back up generators?

Management of Sailors Events: Yes we always come with a generator.
