Monday Times: What exactly does Shear Beauty Lounge do?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: We do body waxing. We do them at a very professional level so that someone who comes for it leaves when the job is well done.

Waxing is removal of undesirable hair of the body.

We also do scrubbing, exfoliating, cleansing and masking.

We also do facials and facial scrub that freshens one facial skin and removes unwanted material.

We also do massage of different types.

Monday Times: How long does a facial take?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: One hour

Monday Times: How long does waxing take?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: It takes like fifteen minutes

So when you are doing waxing you dry the area where you want to wax with a powder, after you apply the wax in the area then you put a strip then you pull

Monday Times: How long does massage take?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: Massage takes one hour only.

Monday Times: How different are you from others who do this kind of service?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: We are professional. We are fully trained and my staff is briefed every single day on how to do their job and how to handle customers

We also have products which others do not have, which help us to serve our clients during waxing.

We are very hygienic and make sure that our place is clean all the time

We also have after sales service or care. We try to get to people who have done waxing with us to know how to handle their skins or bodies after the sessions

We also give something for free anytime someone comes. One day you will find us giving discounts on our offers, on some other days you can find us giving us free arm pit treatment, so there is always something we do that is of extra benefit for our clients.

Monday Times: What are your working hours?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: We work from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm but on Sunday we can work if we have appointments to come and work.

What would you tell someone who is doing waxing for the first time?

It can be painful especially if you have never used it before, but with time you get used to it

How many times a month can someone do body waxing do it in a month?

We have noticed that people tend to do it at least once a month

Monday Times: Do you deliver your services to people outside the Lounge, if you are asked to do so?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: Yes we do. As long we agree on the prices and what is required we can take our services to where people need them.

Monday Times: Do you do bridal facial?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: Yes we can do bridal facial. In that case we go to where the brides are and prepare them for their functions. Our facial can be for any kind of party or for kukyala, for introduction, for wedding, for bridal showers and many more.

Monday Times: How are your prices like?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: Our prices are affordable and depend on what you want. We can always discuss and reach a compromise on what service we are going to do for you

Monday Times: What last words do you have for your clientele?

Ms Sandra Buyeka: We want them to do body waxing and facial because it assists someone to be more healthy. They are free to come at anytime or to call us to schedule an appointment to be able to do what they want us to do for them.
