Smooch Kids Closet is a one stop centre for Kids clothes and accessories. Located in the heart of Ntinda in Kampala, the store offers a wide variety of kids items that any parent can obtain for their children.
We spoke to Madam QuintessaJojo the owner of the store who told us about their services to the public.
Monday Times: What exactly does Smooch Kids Closet do?
Madam QuintessaJojo: We sell all kinds of kids items. These include clothes, shoes, bags, toys, socks, sandals, sunnies (sun glasses), baby bottles, baby carriers, towels, swimming floaters, and many more.
Monday Times: What age do you cover?
Madam QuintessaJojo: From zero to thirteen years of age.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who sell these kind of products?
Madam QuintessaJojo: Our products are of a high quality and we import from different countries.
We also have good customer care. I keep a relation with my customers in order to serve them better.
Monday Times: If someone wants you to order for something special for your kids could you get it?
Madam QuintessaJojo: Yes I can.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Madam QuintessaJojo: We work from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm.
Monday Times: Why did you do a kids shop instead of any other type of shop?
Madam QuintessaJojo: I love kids and I have this passion of dressing kids. I love fashion and so the first thing I thought about was a kids shop.
Monday Times: If someone wanted you to deliver to them an item say like Swimming Floaters can you do so?
Madam QuintessaJojo: Yes I always do but we need to discuss it first. But for some items it is better for the parent to bring the child to try them out and also see other options that might be there.
Monday Times: How can a parent show their child that they love them?
Madam QuintessaJojo: A parent can show a kid they love them by always being there for them.You should to make sure that your kid does not lack anything as long as you can afford it.
