Monday Times: Hello Madam. Your cakes we have been told are exceptionally fantastic. Tell us a bit about your work. What does Sprinkle Cakes exactly do?
Management of Sprinkles Cake School and Confectionery: We bake all types of cakes for any function. We train people how to bake and decorate cakes and we also serve cake at different functions that people may hold.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who bake cakes and train others how to decorate cakes?
Management of Sprinkles Cake School and Confectionery: We are very affordable both in terms of cake and in terms of training. After we train people, we allow them to come and bake cakes here at a small fee, if they get clients and they have not yet set up their businesses. The small fee is only for the electricity charges. Most schools train you and let you go without helping you afterwards.

Management of Sprinkles Cake School and Confectionery: Our working hours and days are from 8am to 6pm every Monday to Saturday, though sometimes for evening classes we run up to 7pm.
