Thousands of mourners from across the political divide have today seen off the late Al Hajji Nasser Ntege Sebaggala, who passed away last week. Sebaggala whose delayed burial provoked protests from Islamic clerics was laid to rest at his later father’s home in Kisaasi.
The former Mayor, was described as an irreplaceable individual whose contribution to politics in Kampala and the country was widely acclaimed.
Several speakers eulogized Sebaggala and his family said they were grateful for the support they had received from relatives, friends and the general public.
