Monday Times: Good morning Mr.Daniel. Thank you for granting this interview to us. Please outline for us what Top Fix Technical Services offers to the public.
Mr.Daniel Machyo: We do general construction, and our work comprises of architectural designs, construction of swimming pools, land survey, ICT and structured cabling, plumbing and Electricals, Tilings and paintings. Building planning and design, land surveying and documentation, swimming pool construction, plumbing and tiling services. Our work has been solicited by different individuals and business organizations across the country. We are time tested and we serve each client with the due diligence that they need.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who do this kind of work?
Mr.Daniel Machyo: we do excellent work but above all, we give free advice to customers. We have a lot of experience and so what we do or advise the client to do is something we had done before. We have a high quality of service which means after our work the customer shall not regret. Our services are very affordable and can be obtained at a low budget.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Mr.Daniel Machyo: Our working hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday.
Monday Times: Do you offer mobile services?
Mr.Daniel Machyo: Yes we do because actually all our work is on the outside. We only go to construction sites and do limited work at the front office.
Monday Times: Okay. So how are your prices like?
Mr.Daniel Machyo: Our prices are friendly, reasonable and affordable. We have something for everyone.
Monday Times: What should someone who is constructing for the first time know about construction?
Mr.Daniel Machyo: Well they should know that construction is a process that has different elements in it. They should also be open minded if prices change. Sometimes prices increase or decrease from what was budgeted depending on dynamics on the market.
