Travel Time a tour and travel agency in Uganda is scaling the heights in delivering prompt and efficient services for its clientele. This afternoon we visited the company and were amazed by the wonderful services they offer. We talked to the management who told us a lot about what they do.
Monday Times: What exactly does Travel Time do?
Management of Travel Time: We are a tour and travel agency. We offer tour and travel consultancy services. Our services range from hotel bookings, air ticketing,packages, visas for a range of countries, car hire (including airport transport pick ups and drops), family vacations, religious tours, school study tours, Uganda Safaris and Gorilla tracking, and Corporate or Business travel arrangements.
We also sell travel insurance policy for our clients. We process travel documents such as passports. We do tickets for all airlines and destinations in the world.
Basically we have great advisory services and a lot more things to do with travel.
Monday Times: How different are you from others who do this kind of service?
Management of Travel Time: We offer a wide range of services under one roof, for both individual clients and corporate clients. We have discounted tickets. We are also very accessible, considering that we are located in the city centre. So it is easy to look for us and get us.
We deliver excellent services that lead to customer satisfaction.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Management of Travel Time: We work from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
Monday Times: Do you offer mobile services where you go to the clients?
Management of Travel Time: Yes we do. We go to where the client is, when the need arises.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Management of Travel Time: Our prices fit everyone’s budget. What you need to do is to tell us what you want and we shall find a customized solution for you.
Monday Times: Do you offer translator services?
Management of Travel Time: What we do is to give you a tour guide who is more familiar with that city to help.

Management of Travel Time: Yes. We have a travel savings plan for people who can pay in installments to avoid the high peak prices of air tickets. We also have discounted offers for groups where anyone can join. They do not have to be a family member. Our upcoming travel package is for Easter so we are now registering people who are interested.
