Management of XTrim Beauty Parlor: We are a full service beauty parlor, meaning that we offer everything that you can wish for in beauty services. We do all hairstyling for women and girls. This includes braids, dreadlocks, treatment, weaves, and many more. We also offer haircuts for men and boys and women. We do a wide range of make up and we also do pedicure and manicure. We do nails as well.
At XTrim Beauty Parlor, we also do facial scrub, and head and shoulder massage.
We conduct training for students or those who want to learn at a modest fee. We train them in make up.
We have bridal services and packages for both men and women. We also can cater for other functions such as baby showers, bridal showers, introduction ceremonies, kuhingira and many more.
Monday Times: This is impressive. In your view, what makes you different from others who offer this kind of business?
Management of XTrim Beauty Parlor: Well there are so many things that set us apart. But the most important of all is that we are very accessible. To reach us is really simple. We are by the roadside and have important landmarks like Kampala Post Office and Shell Bugolobi from which we are just a stone throw away.
But that aside, our service is extremely great, and we do have exceptional customer care. Our staff is knowledgeable, experienced and can handle different types of beauty needs from our customers.
The equipment we use is the best in the business.
As you know with Beauty Services, hygiene is key. We are very clean and hygienic. We sterilize all our tools and ensure that every item used for our services is refined and clean.
Monday Times: Okay great. So what are your working hours and days?
Management of XTrim Beauty Parlor: We work every Monday to Saturday from 8am to 9pm. However if a customer would like to see us beyond or before this time or even on Sunday, they can make an appointment booking with us and we can organize to be there.
Monday Times: Impressive. So do you also have mobile services?
Management of XTrim Beauty Parlor: Yes we have mobile services where we go to the client if they want us to serve them where they are. As long as we agree before we can do it.
